Welcome to IAMONE! We are committed to delivering your products efficiently and transparently. Since all of our products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful, the shipping process may vary depending on your location and product type. Please read the following information regarding our shipping policies.

Order Fulfillment & Production Times

Because all of our products are made to order, each item goes through a production process before being shipped.

  • Production Time: 2-7 business days for apparel, and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you select at checkout.

Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time is based on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times can vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, and peak seasons.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Canada: 6-10 business days
  • Europe: 3-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the products in your order. Below is a general estimate of shipping costs:

  • USA: From $3.99 - $6.50 for apparel and accessories
  • Canada: From $6.99 - $8.99
  • Europe: From $4.39 - $6.99
  • International: From $8.99 and up, depending on the destination.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the USA.

Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These additional fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the responsibility of the customer. IAMONE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or any customs fees incurred.

Processing and Handling Times

Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays with carriers can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us at support@iamone.com, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

Returns and Exchanges

As all products are print-on-demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will process a replacement or refund.
